Caliber Construction just finished a renovation of my entire first floor and we couldn’t be happier with their work!

The renovation included kitchen remodel, flooring, bathroom Reno, relocation of my laundry room and installing slider door and front door to name a few things. I would highly recommend calling them for your next project. From day one Oriana and Peter were honest, professional, and reliable. They treated us as if we were family and to me that says a lot about a person and they way they conduct their business. Peter was always on the job and gave us so many ideas on layouts and designs that would best suit our needs as a family. He is extremely skilled and takes pride in his work as if it was his own house. They gave me my dream kitchen and were so easy to work with. I can’t say enough good things about them. You don’t get this type of personal relationship with other contractors. Hands down the best contractors for the job! Thank you so much and look forward to working with you again in the future.

I cannot say enough positive things about Peter. He gave us a start date months out- and they started on that date!! Unheard of. From that date on, he was on the job each and every day until the job was finished, sometimes even Saturdays. He is meticulous with his work and also had great suggestions from a design perspective. He really put so much thought into every facet of the job and helped us make decisions regarding details we had never considered- ABSOLUTEY LOVED THIS. I’m delayed in writing this, Caliber Construction did work in my home back in the Spring. Very responsive, came out for estimate quickly and completed the work within a few weeks. Had several sheet rock holes, Caliber did a nice clean job patching. Family room is adjacent to kitchen and they did an excellent job with the paint lines around the fireplace, sliders, cabinets, doorways and windows.

Also needed paint and new floor in sunroom. Before meeting Caliber I had already selected flooring but didn’t realize that it was not interlocking. After installing a few planks Peter stopped, showed me that they were already separating and suggested interlocking. He offered to go to Home Depot, find similar style and text me a picture and price right from the store. It’s been six months and the floors look great. I hear/read so many stories of poor work and lack of professionalism. Peter could have kept installing, never showed me the issue, and just rush off to the next job. I appreciated his honesty and integrity which proves his commitment to ensuring the customer’s satisfaction. I forgot to request base molding. Caliber took care of this and another patch complimentary!

His wife Oriana takes care of the back end, also very friendly, professional and responsive. I’m proud to support local family business.

Peter and team just completed our full kitchen renovation and dining room update. We interviewed four contractors. When Peter left my house even before the estimate, I knew he was going to do the work. Peter enhanced our design with suggestions based upon his longstanding experience. We just finished (Sept. 2023) a multi-bathroom project with Caliber Construction and couldn't be more pleased! Caliber totally renovated our master bath and powder room as well as performing selected work on our other two bathrooms. Furthermore, they also renovated our front porch with new columns and trim as a separate project. He was extremely professional throughout, only advised on work that was necessary and offered cheaper solutions for other items. Wow where do I start. I hired caliber construction to design my nursery. They were amazing! I redid the entire room with one shiplap wall, new moldings around the floor and windows, and a custom made closet door and closet. I have not one complaint. They were on time, efficient and best part was I couldn’t believe how neat they were. Everyday the room and my house was spotless. I want to hire them to redo my entire house. Everything is perfect and I can’t say enough good things about them. If you don’t use them, you’re making a mistake!
